PROPERTY CONDITION & LEASE AMOUNT: We make an initial analysis of the property to render recommendations to maximize property rental income. With this analysis we recommend the base lease amount.

SELECTING TENANT:  We qualify tenants before any showing to ensure only qualified people are chosen as possible tenants. 

LEASE MANAGEMENT: Before delivery of the property to the tenant an in-depth inspection of the property is conducted and documented to guarantee the tenant understands the importance of conserving the property in the same conditions. Also, we manage general administration duties to keep record of the property conditions and manage requests from tenants to landlords.
