Always with a smile and great spirit, Isabel is passionate about partnering with her clients to achieve the results they deserve in each of the transactions she manages.

With years of experience as corporate lawyer, real estate broker and her expertise in communications, she provides more than just information when representing clients and conducting businesses. She develops personalized market analysis for her clients to ensure they are making the best decision whether they are selling of buying a property. As a Notary Public admitted to the Puerto Rico Supreme Court Bar, she guides her clients through the process of executing all legal documents to complete the real estate transaction and ensures compliance with all backend duties. Her customers have peace of mind knowing they have an expert in real estate and legal matters managing one of the most important transactions in their lives.

Isabel graduated from University of Puerto Rico with a B.A in Communications. She then, pursued her Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico Law School. As her passion for transactional and international law surfaced, she obtained a Post Graduate Degree in International and European law from the University of Antwerp in Belgium. During her year studying in Europe, she was able to develop a deep understating of international and transnational private trades.

While working as corporate lawyer, she started to collaborate with real estate developers in structuring financing and development of new to market real estate units, both for private market and under federal programs like the Low-Income Housing Tax Credits Federal Program (LIHTC) offered by the Federal Department of Urban Development (HUD). As result, Isabel developed a profound passion for real estate transactions and decided to become a Real Estate Agent in 2016.

 

She founded Reserve Real Estate & Law Firm to offer her clients real estate and legal services clients depending on their specific needs and goals while ensuring the best costumer experience.
